Imagine a place of peace and quiet where ministers, missionaries and others in the Lord's service can pray and recharge. A place where all people can hear the Word of God preached in an up-to-date manner for the End Times we now live in, and can seek God's Will for their lives.

Such is the mission of Highland Rise, currently under development in Austin County, the colonial capital of Texas, 65 miles northwest of Houston. The peaceful setting in the heart of bluebonnet country already exists; our vision is to add some small cabins and prepare an area for old-style tent meetings. Shiloh Chapel is under construction and will be a wonderful place for prayer and meditation.

In addition, Highland Rise will be a place for counseling and for opening the way to deliverance through the Lord's Hand. The offices of Rankin Family Ministries, and our home, will also be on site.

The photos on this page are how everything looks now. Keep watching this page for progress on development of the site.
