What We Believe
- Jesus Christ is the Son of God who died to pay the penalty for our sins.
- Jesus was virgin-born of the Holy Spirit, and thus simultaneously all-God and all-man.
- Jesus was physically raised from the dead, affirming for all time His Deity.
- Jesus will return one day to judge all people and nations.
- The Bible is the inspired, inerrant and complete Word of God.
- Humans are born with a nature to willfully violate God's laws and commands, cutting themselves off from God (sin nature).
- "If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9), meaning forgiven and cleansed from your sins and restored to a personal relationship with God.
- The Baptism in the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:4) enables believers to live a life pleasing to God, and is available to believers who ask for it.
- The Gifts of the Spirit (1 Cor. 12) are not only available for today's church, but are necessary to build up the Body of Christ in this world.
